About our professional guest

István Gulyás, architectural engineer and building energy efficiency expert, manages several companies as a manager. Between 2009-2013, he was primarily known as a panel doctor because he dealt with the energy efficiency of buildings with industrialized technology, during which he became a recognized player in the domestic market in a short time. In 2017, he invented and, with the help of his partners and clients, founded the Association of Hungarian Family House Owners, as its president he manages and develops the first organization that will bring together and help the 2.7 million owners of family houses in Hungary,
primarily in the implementation of energy efficiency processes, in shaping attitudes.
